They add vibrant, flashy colors and bold patterns and offer a liveliness that never gets old. Guppies go in a wide variety of environments. Whether your tank is bare bottom or densely planted, these friendly fish are fun to watch. Guppies are omnivores and thrive on a mix of live food and a well-balanced flake. They can live in a wide range of water parameters, including brackish. However, they tend to do better in waters with a Ph of 7.0 and up.
