Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

I highly recommend choosing the fastest shipping on any order containing live fish! This ensures the quickest arrival possible and can help reduce any stressful experience for your new pet fish.

My boxes are well insulated, and I add heat packs during the colder weather. 

Please make sure to input your address correctly. I cannot be held responsible if it is shipped to the wrong address.

You can choose USPS priority or express "UPS" shipping (which is recommended). 

Priority shipping typically takes 2 to 3 days. Express "UPS" shipping is normally received in 1 to 2 days. Although, in rare cases it can take longer. I am not responsible for any shipping cost refunds. If available, you can discuss that with your local USPS office. 

*Unfortunately, no shipping available to Hawaii at this time.*

DOA Policy:

DOA are subject to refunds only.

You must send me a clear picture of an unopened bag showing me the deceased fish inside WITHIN ONE HOUR OF DELIVERY TIME. If I did not send any extra fish in your order, I will refund the DOA. If I did send extra fish, the extra fish will replace one of the DOAs. I will not send a refund for a DOA if I sent you more fish than what you actually ordered. I will start sending a refund once the DOA number exceeds the number of extra fish sent.

*** COLD/HOT WEATHER DOA POLICY***

It is highly encouraged to use express shipping during extreme temperatures. Not doing so voids the DOA policy. It is also the best decision for the overall safety your new pet fish.  

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. My DOA Policy, PRIOITY SHIPPING only covers temperatures between 50F and 98F. If it is below 50F or above 98F in your area, I will only cover DOAs if you order EXPRESS SHIPPING. You must contact me WITHIN ONE HOUR OF DELIVERY  if there are any issues. If you order regular USPS priority and it is below 50F or above 98F in your area, you have canceled out any DOA policy and order at your own risk!!

  Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. I typically ship every Monday, Tuesday, and occasionally on Saturday of each week.

My goal is to supply you with the healthiest breeding stock possible. Some slight tail fin damage may be present from other aggressive guppies, but this does not affect the overall health of the fish and in most cases is expected to grow back.
